Public compliance draft · REV-026
Accessibility Statement
Draft for production testing and review. Last revised July 30, 2026.
Commitment
Small World Aviation Services, LLC is committed to making its public website usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as the site evolves. SWAS is using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its development reference while recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
Measures included
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, alternative text, and a skip link.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Responsive layouts, minimum touch targets, and reduced-motion support.
- Dark-theme controls designed for readable contrast and browser consistency.
- Status announcements for interactive inquiry-preparation controls.
Known limitations and production verification
Automated checks cannot establish complete accessibility. Before public launch, SWAS must complete real-device keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, 200% and 400% zoom/reflow review, measured color-contrast testing, and testing of final hosting, forms, documents, and third-party content. Downloadable branch packages may contain documents with separate accessibility limitations.
Feedback and assistance
A verified accessibility-feedback email address and response procedure must be activated before production deployment. Once published, visitors will be invited to identify the page, describe the barrier, name the assistive technology or browser when useful, and request the information in an alternative format. SWAS will review good-faith reports and work toward a reasonable response.
Assessment status
This statement is not a claim of certification, perfect conformance, or legal compliance in every jurisdiction. It documents the current design intent, completed remediation, known testing gates, and commitment to continued improvement.
