Small World Aviation Services, LLC does not, through this website, represent that it presently holds an FAA air-carrier or commercial-operator certificate, Part 135 Operations Specifications, economic authority, foreign authority, or other approval necessary to offer or conduct the proposed C208B EX air service. Planned routes, destinations, aircraft, missions, schedules, and imagery are concepts—not offered flights. This website does not accept flight reservations, sell air transportation, or establish operational control.

Consultancy boundary

Consultancy information concerns planning, documentation, readiness, coordination, and professional support. It does not guarantee FAA certification, regulatory acceptance, financing, insurance, business success, or any particular timeline. Final decisions and approvals remain with the appropriate authorities and responsible certificate holders, applicants, counsel, accountants, engineers, mechanics, and other qualified professionals.

PATPL development status

The Professional Airline Transport Pilot Logbook physical product and Phone, Tablet, and Computer applications remain under development. Features, formats, compatibility, availability, price, delivery, and release schedule are not final. Any priority-interest or reservation request is non-binding, requires no payment, does not constitute a purchase, and does not guarantee availability or delivery priority. PATPL does not itself confer regulatory compliance, qualification, currency, certification, or acceptance.

Corporate and investment boundary

Website descriptions of branches, projects, enterprise genealogy, governance, partnerships, or future entities do not create a legal entity, ownership interest, joint venture, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or authority to bind SWAS. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to invest. Financial projections, if later presented, would be estimates subject to assumptions and risk.

Professional biography and technical content

Public career narratives are summaries, not credential-verification files. Controlled records are intentionally excluded. Aircraft, regulatory, technical, route, market, and operational information may become outdated and must be independently verified before reliance or action.
