Public legal draft · REV-026
Terms of Use
Draft for attorney and production review. Proposed effective date: upon public deployment. Last revised July 30, 2026.
1. Acceptance and permitted use
By using the deployed website, a visitor would agree to these Terms and applicable law. The site may be used for lawful, personal or legitimate business-information purposes. Users may not interfere with security, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate others, or misuse SWAS content or marks.
2. No regulated or professional service through the site
Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, investment, engineering, maintenance, operational-control, certification, or regulatory advice. Aviation consulting would require a separate written agreement defining scope and responsible professionals. Nothing on the site authorizes any person or operation.
3. Development-stage material
Concepts, schedules, routes, aircraft, applications, physical products, specifications, prices, partnerships, and launch plans may change or be discontinued. The C208B EX operation and PATPL products remain under development. No website statement is a binding offer unless SWAS expressly provides a separate authorized written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The SWAS name, silver winged Quetzal emblem, medallion, site design, written materials, and other original content are owned by or used with permission of SWAS and are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to view the site for its intended purpose. Written permission is required for commercial reuse, modification, manufacture, or misleading association.
5. Third-party resources
Links, vendor names, regulatory references, or external materials are provided for convenience and do not establish endorsement, control, or continuing accuracy. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
6. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or a particular outcome. Any limitation of liability, exclusions, indemnity, governing-law clause, venue, dispute procedure, and severability language must receive attorney approval before public deployment and will apply only to the extent enforceable.
7. Changes and contact
SWAS may revise site content and these Terms prospectively. The verified legal-contact address and final governing-law provisions remain production prerequisites.
