Public legal draft · REV-026
Privacy Policy
Draft for attorney and production review. Proposed effective date: upon public deployment. Last revised July 30, 2026.
1. Scope
This policy describes how Small World Aviation Services, LLC (“SWAS,” “we,” “us”) proposes to handle information associated with its corporate website and related public inquiry pathways. Separate products, services, applications, portals, or regulated operations may require additional notices.
2. Information that may be processed after activation
- Contact and professional information voluntarily included in an inquiry.
- Inquiry content, attachments, correspondence, and requested branch or subject.
- Basic technical and security records such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, referring page, and error logs when hosting is activated.
- Consent and preference records where legally required.
Do not initially send government identifiers, certificate numbers, medical data, banking or payment information, passwords, export-controlled material, privileged files, or highly confidential records.
3. Purposes
Information may be used to route and respond to inquiries, protect the website, maintain business records, evaluate professional proposals, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. SWAS will not represent that an inquiry creates a client, customer, investor, partner, vendor, employment, or confidential relationship.
4. Disclosure and service providers
Information may be disclosed to authorized personnel, professional advisers, hosting or security providers, and government authorities when legally required. Production vendors and contractual safeguards must be identified before launch. SWAS does not propose to sell personal information for money; any broader “sale” or “sharing” obligations under applicable state law must be assessed against the final technology stack.
5. Retention and security
Records should be retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute management, and documented business needs. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Final retention schedules, access controls, incident procedures, and vendor terms remain production gates.
6. Choices and rights
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Identity verification and lawful exceptions may apply. A verified privacy-request address must be published before deployment.
7. Children and international visitors
The corporate website is directed to professional and business audiences and is not intended for children under 13. SWAS does not knowingly seek children’s personal information through this site. International transfers and jurisdiction-specific terms must be reviewed if SWAS intentionally targets or serves visitors outside the United States.
8. Contact and updates
The production privacy contact, mailing address, and any jurisdiction-specific notices are pending verification. Material revisions should be dated and posted on this page.
